We had a blast when our playgroup went to Aldredge Apple Orchard here in Kansas City. My kids love apples anyway, but once they spotted trees with endless amounts of apples, they just couldn't get enough. They chased the chickens and ducks, fed the goats, took a hayrack ride, picked apples, pet the kittens, had a picnic and just enjoyed a beautiful day! Thanks to all my friends who helped me handle my three little ones on my own. We'll have to go back as a family with Chris so he can see first hand how much fun we had!

When we lived in Missouri one of my favorite things I ever did was go to an apple orchard with some ladies from the ward!! Oh the memories... I'm glad you all had fun!!

so cute--i loved that little apple orchard!! wish we had places here like that. maybe we do and i just don't know. so ---we keep finding new people we know in common. i love chiya!! she was roommates with lori and they are really good friends. our girls like to play together. (ashlyn and chiya's little girl naomi)congrats on getting a new temple. that is awesome. do you guys know where you are going yet come april??? it's coming fast!! i've been really curious.
*sigh* what a perfect day! I just love (and miss terribly) fall weather! mandi, your kids are so beautiful! Yesterday, Zach said that Jonah was his best friend! :) hehe! I think they had a great time at McDonalds! :)

Those pictures are so cute. I can see how much fun it was for them. I would love to take my kids to an orchard. I guess I should look into that.

Jason just started a blog! It is in my family spot on my page. As for Wende, she is still in Omaha.She graduated from Nebraska about 3 4 years ago. She is working and has a boy friend who is in medical school. Zac's dad is still in Omaha too, and his mom lives in Vegas. They got divorced like 3 months after we got married. Lets just say it wasn't and still isn't a pleasant experience.
